Sucuk and Zucchini Slice

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 1 cup SR Flour, Sifted
• 375g Zucchini
• 1 large onion
• 200g Sucuk (Turkish sausage)
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• 1/4 cup oil

Method

• Preheat fanforced oven to 180C
• Put zucchini and onion in food processor and chop finely
• Dice sucuk
• Beat eggs until fluffy
• Add flour to the eggs and beat
• Add the zucchini, onion and sucuk to the egg mixture
• Mix in the grated cheddar and the oil
• Place in lamington trays and cook for 30-40 min
