Quick Chocolate Moose
- 50g unsalted Butter
- 150g Mini Marshmellows
- 250g Dark Choc Chips
- 284ml Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 tablespoons of boiled water
- Put marshmellows, butter, choc chips and water into a pan, and melt them together. Cool.
- Whisk cream with vanilla, until it forms firm peaks, and fold in chocolate mixture.
- Place in serving dishes and cool for at least 5 min
