Peach Slice

Cinnamon Peach slice


  • 125g butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1ts cinnamon
  • 425g canned peach slices, drained
  • 3tbs condensed milk
  • 2tbs flaked almonds
  • 1/4ts cinnamon, extra
  • whipped cream or ice cream


  1. Cream butter and sugar,
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  3. Fold in sifted flours and cinnamon
  4. Line 18cmx28cm lamington pan with baking paper
  5. Spread mixture over the pan and arrange peaches on top
  6. Drizzle the condensed milk over top
  7. Sprinkle with almond and extra cinnamon
  8. Bake in 180C oven for 35-40 minutes until golden.
  9. Slice and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream
