Kladdkaka

I doubled the ingredients, and got my 2 YO to bake it. It tastes like a really big gooey, chewy and crunchy brownie. Best served with vanilla ice cream and berries :-)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups sugar (265g)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour (60g)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (30g)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (115g) melted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180C, butter cake pan, and dust with cocoa powder (instead of flour)
  • Mix all dry ingredients
  • Add melted butter and vanilla, mix
  • Mix in lightly beaten eggs
  • Pour in pan, and bake for at least 20 min
