Kladdkaka
I doubled the ingredients, and got my 2 YO to bake it. It tastes like a really big gooey, chewy and crunchy brownie. Best served with vanilla ice cream and berries :-)
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups sugar (265g)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup flour (60g)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (30g)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter (115g) melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C, butter cake pan, and dust with cocoa powder (instead of flour)
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Add melted butter and vanilla, mix
- Mix in lightly beaten eggs
- Pour in pan, and bake for at least 20 min
