Choclate Custard Pudding

This is a corn flour based pudding recipe, easy and yummy!


  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Put everything but the butter & vanilla extract into a pot. Heat and stir. Once the mixture starts to thicken, turn off heat, add the butter and vanilla and stir until combined. Pour into vessels. Eat hot or chilled (or both!). Lick pot.
