Quick Chocolate Moose

Ingredients

  • 50g unsalted Butter
  • 150g Mini Marshmellows
  • 250g Dark Choc Chips
  • 284ml Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons of boiled water

Method:

  • Put marshmellows, butter, choc chips and water into a pan, and melt them together. Cool.
  • Whisk cream with vanilla, until it forms firm peaks, and fold in chocolate mixture.
  • Place in serving dishes and cool for at least 5 min
