Choc Weetbix Bliss Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1 large tablespoon on natural crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut and extra for rolling
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 weetbix (I use the high fibre ones with coconut and honey!)
- 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao
- 2 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
- Little water if needed to make it more wet (I use the juice of 1 navel orange. Choc orange balls are even better!)
Method
- Put all ingredients into a (small) food processor, and mix until combined.
- Form into balls and roll in the coconut. Refrigerate for 1 hour for a more firm result.
